A clean sheet can be both daunting and tempting. These customers completely revamped and/or refurbished their living area, kitchen and dining area, which gave them the opportunity to choose their furniture from scratch.

Airy and elegant seating area

In the seating area, which is quite a bit longer than it is wide, the Moov sofa by Cassina is the largest element. The movable headrests are the epitome of comfort while the slender legs keep everything light and airy.

The free-standing Ottoman provides somewhere to put your feet while the family watches TV. And it can also be used as additional seating when visitors arrive. The slender, round Sen side tables by DePadova are a perfect match for the elegant Moov.

To make sure that the link between the seating area and the reading area is not interrupted, the customers and interior architect Isabella chose a B&B Italia Metropolitan. This high armchair, which can swivel, also supports the neck and shoulders.

Clever interior design

Between the seating and the dining area there is an area where you can read or have a relaxing drink. Here, two Bao armchairs and an Oki side table, both by Walter Knoll, found a home. The armchairs are upholstered with saddle leather combined with velours. They can be swivelled towards the dining area, kitchen or seating area.

The long, white wall is broken up by storage modules by Pastoe in matte colours and wood. The floating Vision and Boxes offer space for books and decorative items. One of the most difficult things to manage when designing an interior is the balance between contrasts and combinations.

Carefully selected chairs and stools

The long table in the dining area is occasionally used as a workspace. This means that the chairs should be comfortable to sit on. With their wooden leg, the Flow Slims by MDF Italia tie in beautifully with the wooden cupboard doors in the kitchen. At the same time, they add warmth to the cooler materials in the dining area, such as the table and the floor.

The Flow Pouf stools, also by MDF Italia, keep the short ends of the table open visually. They can also be used as additional seating in the seating area when you are entertaining visitors.

Perfection down to the last detail

The window dressing was also made to measure in the Master studio. Both the movable curtains and the fixed panel curtains are made from Jab's ‘Stazzano’ fabric in various colours.
