Milaan

The Salone Internationale del Mobile in Milan, which will be held from 17 - 22 April this year, is the largest interior design trade fair in the world. So it's no surprise that Italian brands are keen to put their best foot forward. Let's have a little preview of the stands:

Porro

Where? Hall 7, stand D15-E14

What can you expect? "Abstract and pure space solutions that speak the language of design, descending into an infinite spectrum of shades, playing with combinations, that give each interior space its own innovative atmosphere."

What else? At the larger Porro stand you will find an installation by Piero Lissoni and new products by Oscar and Gabriele Buratti, Gamfratesi, Piero Lissoni and Carlo Tamborini.

Living Divani

Where? Hall 7, stand C11-D16

What can you expect? "Living Divanis is committed to the progressive expansion of its catalogue, embracing the entire space of the home in a single fluid unicum. At the same time, Living Divani does not sacrifice attention to detail in any of its products."

What else? The fabric textures and technical virtuosity of the details make it very clear that the products are 'Made in Italy' while at the same time revealing the international soul of the brand, engaged in a relentless search for new talents and ideas.

De Padova

Where? Hall 20, stand C11-D12

What can you expect? "The Red Lounge project by Cosmit is a meeting point for journalists, designers, architects and selected guests. Among the chosen products, De Padova will showcase the Landscape sofa designed by Piero Lissoni, which adds a note of personality to every interior, and the Uragano and Silver chairs by Vico Magistretti, inspired by the classic bamboo chair and the legendary Thonet respectively."

What else? In addition to the Red Lounge (see picture above), De Padova also has a 400 square metre stand at the fair that they're sharing with Boffi's kitchens and bathrooms and MA/U Studio's cabinets and tables.
