As an original solid surface material corian is used in all kinds of interiors and applications. Thanks to its non-porous surface this is a very hygienic material, and its elegant look fits in both modern and traditional interiors.

You can find several pieces of furniture with corian components at Master Meubel. Also, the Master team has completed several custom made corian projects for bathrooms, kitchens, and even furniture that’s being produced in our own workplace.

Corian: kitchen and bathroom ideas

For one of our clients we used corian in two of their bathrooms and kitchen.

In the first bathroom the countertop and shower walls were made out of translucent corian. In the second bathroom we used white corian for the walls and a mint blue version for the cabinet.

Thanks to its non-porous, seamless surface corian is also a great material for use in kitchens. That’s why we went for a countertop in corian.

The corian desk 

Corian is not only used for kitchens and bathrooms, but also for designing furniture. For example, we designed the corian desk: a floating desk finished in corian and oak.

The compact design with integrated drawers makes it easy to anchor the desk to a wall. The frame and the drawer fronts are available in different color finishes, so the corian desk fits perfectly in any interior.

The desk may look rather simple, but it is technically well thought-out. You have four integrated sockets and there’s the possibility to incorporate an invisible Qi-charging station in the countertop. This station enables wireless charging of your smartphone.

Finally, there is only one power cord needed to give power to all the functions the corian desk holds. Thanks to the wrapping in fabric it is also possible to choose another color for the power cord.
