Thonet side table designed by a young Belgian designer

6-ThonetWe always pay special attention to Belgian designers and their designs. James Van Vossel studied at Thomas More in Mechelen, as did some members of the Master Team.  James now designed a side table for Thonet: the Occasional table 1025

This side table combines maximum elegance and minimal design: three wooden table legs describe a distance of 120 degrees becoming an imaginary circle on the floor. At the top of the table top, they form a row of perfect circles almost seamless.

Occasional table 1025 is not only special because of its sophisticated design, but also because of the high quality finish - an impressive piece of craftsmanship and innovative technology

Occasional table 1025 is 48 cm high and has a diameter of 45 cm. It is available in the variants ash, oak and walnut.

Cassina Mirrors by Ron Gilad

At Cassina we discovered the Deadline series: a collection of mirrors by designer Ron Gilad, that form a clear reference to the contemporary art world. He explains his designs as “a question mark about who we are and what we see”.

The collection consists of multiple rectangular, square and long mirrors to functionally decorate your home. Each piece is actually made of two mirrors, so that you get two perspectives that bring the graphics to life.

Each mirror is placed in a solid natural or tinted black ash-wood frame, with visible joints that highlight their MedaMade wood craftsmanship. One thing we also like, is the fact that every mirror has its own poetic and evocative name.

Kristalia Bistrot table

Maybe you’ve already met the Elephant chairs by Kristalia? Well, they are now enhanced with a new item: the bistrot table.

The trestle base of this beautiful table comes in polished or painted pressure die-cast aluminium and supports a thin round top, or you can choose the version with a double base and rectangular top.

The tops of these versatile tables come in different colours and can suit every context. In your home, in your office, and so on: the Master Team is already a big fan of Kristalia’s Elephant tables!

Rimadesio wall combination Self

Led lights were everywhere, but we really liked this wall combination from Rimadesio called Self. In this piece of furniture, all things seem in perfect harmony. The unique effect is achieved by a back with a raised edge, behind which the light is reflected against the wall. Definitely a design piece to keep an eye on in the future!
